Appointments
Our doctors and nurse practitioners see patients by appointment only. Please call to schedule your appointment. Our phone staff and nurses can assist you with schedulling routine as well as urgent same day appointments when needed. You may want to print and fill out our forms prior to your appointment to save time when checking in, especially if you are a new patient.
After Hours Emergency Care
If you have an emergency, you must go to the emergency room. If you feel you are in labor, please go directly to Labor & Delivery at Memorial Hospital Central. Our on-call medical providers are accessible 24 hours a day. If you need to speak with someone after hours about an urgent problem, please call our office number at (719)471-3471. This will connect you with our answering service; they will contact the provider on-call to call you back. Please keep in mind that the on-call provider will return your call as soon as possible, but that this may not be immediate due to the possibility of caring for other patients in the hospital. If a return call is not received within one hour, please call our office again. If you have an urgent or emergent problem, please go to the urgent care facility or emergency room that is contracted with your insurance plan.
Prescription Refills
Prescription refills are done during normal office hours. You may print and fax or mail us your refill request using the prescription refill form. You may also call for a prescription refill by speaking to one of our nurses. Your pharmacy may also fax or call the office. Please allow at least 24-48 hours to allow us and the pharmacy to process your request, so that you do not run out of your medication.
Insurance
Our office accepts most insurances. Some insurances do require a referral from your primary care provider prior to your visit. Also, some insurance plans may not cover certain medical services. Please check with your insurance carrier or call our office with any questions regarding insurance prior to your appointment.
